Numerous, Numinous,Numinosity, Nuncio, Nurture, A Fable from The Child and The Prophet

Numerous times during the journey, The Prophet had left The Child alone.  However, his disappearance had birthed within her character traits she didn't see. She knew she had to move on whether The Prophet was there or not. It never occurred to her to stay in the cave on the mountaintop.
The hunger to utilize her talents and fulfil her desired goal drove her. That perseverance and persistence had become a part of her life never occurred to her.

Lily Pad

The Child lay on her stomach as Lily Pad drifted, looking down at the ocean deep. A numinous feeling of The Prophet's presence surrounded her.

Mr. Whale

"Mr. Whale," she said, "I believe you're his nuncio, and you, Mr. Eagle, you're one too. You're all nuncios representing The Prophet."

Mr. Whale slapped the water with his fins, once as if agreeing.

Mr. Eagle

Mr. Eagle said, "Gaaaak."

"Then tell me where he is, you two. Out with it."

Mr. Whale slapped the water with his fins twice.

Mr. Eagle said, "Gaaaak, Gaaaak."

"Okay, don't tell me, but be warned I don't like you keeping secrets from me."

Mr. Whale took a deep dive into the sea and disappeared, and Mr. Eagle soared toward the fluffy cumulus clouds.

The Child

"Come back you two. I didn't mean what I said."

The numinosity of her journey reflected her inner yearning to fulfill it; her heart connected to her mind, a glimpse of future appeared and she longed to tell The Prophet.

Alone, lying on her Lily Pad contemplating, she didn't see the visitor that was approaching her.

Shalom Aleichem,
